Refund & Exchange Policy

At Room Bloom, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. We take great care in delivering our products and maintaining quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
- You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the order.
Please note: Color variation due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography is not considered a valid reason for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Clearance or sale items
- Orders with customized sizes or special requests
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at info@roombloom.store or WhatsApp at +92 332 8417870 within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Mention your Order ID, attach photos of the issue (if damaged/incorrect), and describe the problem.
- Our support team will verify the request and guide you through the process.
4. Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for sending the product back to our address:
Room Bloom, 48A Lalazar Colony, Okara, Pakistan - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake (defective or incorrect item).
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are offered only in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
- You received a wrong or damaged item, and exchange is not possible
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval
Refunds will not be provided for change-of-mind or sizing issues. Please refer to the size chart before ordering.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
