1. Delivery Locations
We currently offer shipping to all cities and regions across Pakistan via trusted courier partners. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days for major cities and 5–7 business days for remote areas.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary during sales, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping:
- Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,999
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders below this amount
- Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available nationwide with no extra fee.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed:
- You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
- Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared so you can monitor your shipment status.
5. Order Delays
We strive to deliver your order within the stated time. However, there may be occasional delays due to:

6. Packaging
